We provide AI strategic consulting, including the AI Strategic Check-Up and personalised 1-on-1 advisory sessions. Our work is designed to help business leaders navigate the opportunities and risks of artificial intelligence with clarity and confidence.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes

While we are committed to delivering valuable insights and actionable recommendations, we cannot guarantee specific business results. The success of any AI initiative depends on factors beyond our control, including implementation quality, organisational readiness, and market conditions. Our guidance reflects professional judgement based on the information you share with us.

4. Independence & Objectivity

We maintain strict independence from AI vendors, technology platforms, and implementation partners. We have no affiliate arrangements, referral commissions, or other financial incentives that could influence our recommendations. Our only obligation is to you.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, and descriptions of our methodology—is the property of Relevance and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Reports and materials we create for clients become your property upon payment, though our underlying frameworks and methods remain our intellectual property.

We treat all client information as strictly confidential. We will not disclose details about our clients, their business situations, or our recommendations without your explicit written consent. This obligation continues after our engagement ends.

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of booking. We accept payment via Stripe. All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices may change, but any quoted price remains valid for bookings made within 30 days.

8. Refund Policy

For the AI Strategic Check-Up, refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided you have not yet begun the assessment. For 1-on-1 Consulting, refunds are available if you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled first session. Other situations are considered on a case-by-case basis.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities—arising from or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fee paid for the specific service in question.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from these terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If resolution is not reached, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration under applicable rules. Governing law shall be determined based on your location.

11. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes. Existing engagements will be honoured according to their original terms.
